Acceptance and what these terms apply to

By playing Everbloom Valley on Roblox or using the Everbloom Valley website, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms cover the game itself, the public website, the Trade Board, account tools, support tickets, and related messaging features.

Roblox's own rules still apply on top of this page. If Roblox suspends or restricts your use of its platform, that may also affect your ability to use Everbloom Valley.

Accounts, eligibility, and login responsibility

You may browse most of the site without logging in, but account-based features such as support tickets, Trade Board messaging, and profile settings require a website account. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account credentials.

• Provide accurate information when creating a website account or posting publicly visible content.
• Keep your login secure and do not share access with other people.
• If you are under the age required to manage your own account under Roblox rules or local law, use these services only with required parent or guardian involvement.

Fair play, community conduct, and exploit rules

Everbloom Valley is intended to feel cooperative, calm, and fair. Anything that undermines that atmosphere can trigger moderation.

• Treat other players respectfully. Harassment, bullying, hate, threats, and targeted abuse are prohibited.
• Do not exploit bugs, duplicate items, evade restrictions, reverse engineer live systems, or use third-party automation to gain unfair value.
• Do not scam, impersonate staff or creators, or misrepresent item value to trick other players.
• Report bugs responsibly through Support instead of abusing them.

Trade Board, messages, and support tickets

The website includes public and semi-public tools. Use them honestly and only for their intended purpose.

• Trade listings should accurately describe what you are offering, what you want, and how you expect to meet.
• Trade messages and support tickets must not be used for spam, harassment, false emergency claims, or illegal content.
• Real-money trading of Everbloom Valley items, currency, or accounts is prohibited.
• Once an in-game trade is completed, it may not be reversible just because one side regrets the deal.

Virtual items, currency, and balance changes

All in-game crops, pets, fish, decor, currency, and other virtual goods remain part of the Everbloom Valley service. They are provided as digital gameplay content, not as real-world property.

• Virtual items have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for real-world money.
• We may rebalance, remove, rename, or otherwise change items, rewards, or systems to protect the health of the game.
• We may correct progression or economy issues caused by exploits, duplication, technical failures, or moderation action.

Moderation, content removal, and suspension

We reserve the right to remove listings, messages, tickets, usernames, or access when content or behavior breaks the rules or puts players at risk.

• Moderation may include warnings, content removal, listing closure, account restrictions, temporary suspension, or permanent bans.
• We may restrict access while investigating exploit reports, scams, chargebacks, or other safety issues.
• Attempts to bypass moderation or create alternate accounts to evade action can lead to broader restrictions.

Intellectual property and player submissions

The art, UI, writing, code, mechanics, music, worldbuilding, and branding of Everbloom Valley belong to the Everbloom Valley team unless otherwise credited. You may not reproduce or redistribute that material without permission.

If you submit trade listings, messages, or support tickets, you keep ownership of your words, but you give us the limited right to store, display, and review that content as needed to operate the service, moderate abuse, and respond to you.

Early Access availability, liability, and changes

Everbloom Valley is an actively developed Early Access project. We aim for stability, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, fixed item values, or permanent access to every feature exactly as it exists today.

• Maintenance, bugs, outages, rebalances, and rollbacks can happen.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the game or site.
• We may update these terms as the project changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised version.
