Roblox-linked progress
Farm progress, inventory, quests, pet collections, fishing progress, and gameplay preferences are tied to your Roblox identity.
This page explains what Everbloom Valley stores through Roblox, what the website stores through its account and support tools, and when information becomes visible to other players or the team.
Farm progress, inventory, quests, pet collections, fishing progress, and gameplay preferences are tied to your Roblox identity.
If you use the account, trade, or support tools, the site processes sign-in details plus the profile data you choose to publish.
Trade Board posts can display your chosen username, listing copy, item tags, meetup notes, and timestamps to other visitors.
Support tickets and replies give the team the context needed to fix bugs, handle moderation, and respond to player questions.
This Privacy Policy explains how Everbloom Valley handles information connected to the Roblox game, the website, the Trade Board, the account dashboard, and the support system. It covers both gameplay information tied to your Roblox profile and website-side information created when you use signed-in features.
This page does not replace Roblox's own privacy terms or the policies of external platforms you choose to use. Roblox remains responsible for the Roblox account system, payments, and the platform-level rules around age settings and parental controls.
Everbloom Valley uses Roblox systems to recognize your account and save in-game progress. We do not run our own standalone player identity system for the Roblox game itself.
The public website can be browsed without a login, but several tools are account-based. If you create a site account or use signed-in features, the website can process your email address, chosen username, avatar selection, session information, and the content you submit.
We do not currently run ad-tech or marketing analytics across the informational pages. Signed-in tools may still keep browser session data so you remain authenticated between page loads.
We use gameplay and website data to operate Everbloom Valley, not to sell player profiles. The main reasons we process data are operational and community-focused.
We do not sell or rent player data. Some information is shared only because a feature needs it to work, and some information is public because the feature itself is public.
We retain data for as long as it is reasonably needed to operate the game and site, support players, moderate abuse, resolve disputes, and recover from technical issues. Gameplay data is stored through Roblox services, while website-side account and support data are stored through our hosted provider.
Everbloom Valley is built for Roblox audiences, including younger players. We rely heavily on Roblox's own account systems, age settings, and parental controls for the game experience.
If a younger player wants to use website account features like support or trading tools, they should do so with any parental or guardian involvement required by Roblox rules and local law. We do not knowingly build advertising profiles around children.
You can update website-side profile details like username or avatar from the account page, close your own trade listings, and contact us if you want information corrected or reviewed.
We may update this policy over time as site features change. When we do, the date at the top of this page will be updated so the latest version is easy to spot.
The Terms page covers player conduct, trading rules, moderation, and account responsibilities. If you need a direct answer from the team, support is one click away.
